Friends Requests

Just curious, what is the new "Friend's" requests? I got notification from the site and approved them, but haven't seen anything (yeah I know I don't see so good) about that feature being added to syty.net
Just wanted to make sure it isn't some sort of hack

Its basically a popularity contest. You can see everyones "friends" in their profiles. Really has no effect on anything on here other than saying you got alot of friends.

It also shows you if any of your friends are logged in.
