Finally taking my truck to the track

Well, I've owned my Ty for almost 4 years now and it's FINALLY running well enough to take it out to the track! It's running pretty good right now and it's launching freakin awesome! After all the $ and time I have spent on this thing all I'm asking for is to hit a high 12 in the 1/4. I'm sure that's asking too much, but we'll see. I'll let everyone know how it went after tomorrow night. My mods are listed in my sig. and I'll be running 19 lbs of boost. So you guys think I can hit a 12?

Would love to see some fellow Sy/Ty's representing out at the Vegas Speedway tomorrow night! My buddy has a Sy and he'll be there as well. It's not too often that you get to see a Sy and Ty line it up!

I would think so... I've had numerous stock turbo/converter/etc.Tys in the mid-high 12s.

Decent traction and a good quality tune should have that combo in the low 12s, at least.

It's tuned pretty well right now and I have nitto drags all the way around. I hope you're right!

i would hope on 19psi mid 12s easy, with traction high 11s low 12s

Good luck on trying for 11's. I hope you make it. Pics would be nice also. Don't break anything.

If you run DataMaster Quarter Mile Calculator you can find out what it will run ahead of time, within 0-2 tenths/MPH. I live 1 hr away from the track so I use the Q.M.C. to tell me whether the trip is worth it or not.
