Eclipse AV5101 Display Unit

Hey guys,
Anyone need this? Want it? Have any suggestions what to do with it?
I don't have any of the wiring, book, remote if there was one, etc.
Although it's never been used.
I got this thing about 7 years ago and never did anything with it.

I'm sure one of the stereo heads will chime in. Wonder how much money it would take to locate the rest of the needed wires, etc. to hook it up and make it work. Looks like a decent unit.

As long as you have the cable for the i/o to head unit you can use this as a cd player and av display. The DVD unit was a seperate piece accourding to what I found.

You can use the aux input for other a/v sources so you should be able to hookup camera's, game consoles. etc... and play them through the head unit. or listen to CD with the built in cd player.

back in 2009 these were going for 250. new they were 1500.00+ Looks like it was a fairly high end head unit for the time.

2nd dibs if you'll giving it away. My dash has a huge hole it it right now.

henry, this thing has a cd player in it? I don't see where, but I've never really researched the unit all that much. I was under the assumption it would need a stand alone CD player?

I'm not going to use it. I'm probably going to stick with the android tablet direction I was planning on going initially.

I have an Eclipse unit very similar to this one in my truck - works great.
Nice piece.
Mine has a single CD player built in and I also have the separate changer.
Haven't installed that yet.
Sounds pretty nice.
Plays movies too.
