Eagle Rods...where to buy?

MikeRenz

not stock
I am shopping around for rods, and am (obviously) trying to get them as cheaply as possible.

Just to make sure...these are the ones we need right:
Chevrolet 4.3L V6 262 c.i.
2.250" crank pin .927" piston pin 1.029" big end width

So far the cheapest i found them for:

$439.00 and $8.00 shipping

Anyone else know of a better deal?

I own Ty 2170. I bought my rods from:

Eagle ESP Connecting Rods Part #: CRS5700S6
$390.00 http://www.columbusengine.com/ 1-800-345-4545

Its been a while though and that part number doesn't look right. I think it should be Part #: CRS570063D. Give them a call, they were pretty easy to deal with. I bought by JE pistons from them too.

Um nothing. They allow for more performance, more power, and more RPM without snapping. Stockers are weak, many have bent & broken them.

$399 on Ebay. I can't remember the seller but I think it was gofastparts.com or the seller was gofastparts. Try plugging it into seller search. Very nice guy.
