I'm new to this concept. "Drag Racing" can somebody please explain?? Why would you want to drag anything and race . I just don't get it. !

Frank, I think its a couple of guys dressed in drag complete with high heels in a foot race.
To answer Don's question, no and I don't get to the track nearly as often as I'd like to. I guess life just gets in the way

I tried to drive around once, there isn't enough room with the way they spray the water, on one side of the Sy the tires are dry and on the other side the tires are wet. The local tracks here have the middle full of safety equipment and the outside is a retaining wall. I love the way the starting line is designed in Bradenton, FL., with a dedicated middle lane for driving around the water.

They don't make puddles of water, they just dampen the water box surface so that the inside of the tread of the tires on street cars does not get wet and drip water all over the place..

Well that's a bummer. Won't let you drive around the water box? Weird. How do the street cars race?
