steath 70 turbo , fully built long block , only running 16.5 et with 30lbs of boost . what should i do ?

double check the basics ala http://powertuneplus.com/. Assuming your motor is running right and the tune is good, the power must be going somewhere - slipping though the trans?

Turn your boost down immediately before you break something (if you already haven't). Turn the wastegate so it's slightly open and bring the boost down to 8-10psi and start debugging the problem from there. I imagine the truck doesn't sound good at WOT. Pull out your scan tool and start looking at the detonation, intake temps, and O2 value.

My very badly running truck (They don't call it Diesel TY for nothing) managed a 15.9 at 90 (bad tune, PTE44) so ya I think this may be a joke.
