I ordered a fuel pump and racetronics wiring kit from Detroit got 3to 4 day shipping still have not gotten my order, sent multiple emails no answers and have filed a paypal money back deal and still no word from them.So just becareful ordering anything from them.

Even if it was on back order i would still want an email or some kind of correspondence telling me so. Hope you get it resolved quickly.

I just want a email back saying maybe something is on backorder or something you know what im saying.Its been two weeks and i havent heard anything.Id be glad to give him a chance if he would just answer one of my emails.Im not a hard guy to get along with.

Thats how i feel!If hes real sick or something like that i understand or maybe a death in the family.But to me if you have your own online store you have to do what you have to do to stay on top of everything or at least i know i would.I have ordered some parts in the last week from RPM got them in about 3 to 4 days and Mike is on the oppisite side of the map from me hes in Cali im in GA.

Don't get your panties in a bunch I know you will get your parts. Detroit turbo is a good reputable vendor ordered from them multiple times and Never had any issues

Ive ordered over $2500 in parts from Scott and never had an issue, in fact I think he's the only SyTy vendor I have in my cell phone, lol

isn't 3-4 days normal shipping?.. unles you got like a 3day select.. Not all companys have to email you and say its on back order.. some times it will take up to 3-7 days or more.. if someone miss loads it to someplace else.. happens all the time.. but to me it seems like if you buy someone you will get it, even if its a little slower then normal..

well if something is on back order i never use paypal because usually runs past 45 days and i got screwed 2 times that way, dude kept saying ill get it in and never got in.. to late for claim (wasn't related to this board)

when I ordered my datamaster from Detroit turbo I had the same experience he was very slow and didnt respond took about a month for me to get the code thats needed and he never did any pr and I got no response from him until I said I was going to do a post like this. In the end I got what I paid for but after that I decided to use other vendors that respond (RPM) to my calls/emails :2cents:

Dude dont tell me that im prolly going to take a flight up there if i have to wait a month to get a Fing fuel pump.I was starting to change my mind i thought after hearing some of the posts but now im kind of worried.

I know its hard to get the parts but put it this way if i would have bought the stuff from RPM Mike would have at least let me know something was on back order or something.
