Datamaster Q.

Hi all,

Finally I got my laptop and $$$ to actually think of buying datamaster software/cable. I was going thru TTS power system's site and It said that Datamaster allows clearing tranny malfunction on "most" models... I was wondering if it showed the tranny data of our trucks????

Nope - our trans isn't electronically controlled.

From what I understand it doesnt allow any tinkering with the trans. I think that the only poss way it does is if you have a 4L60E or a 4L80E with the puter control.

I know on my sy it cant do anything as its a 4L60 and the only thing the ECM does is lock the TCC.
