Cylinder CC's???

I am working with RPM Machining to get an engine rebuild kit cost for my Syclone.

Question 1: RPM Machining needs the combustion cc's of the cylinder to determine the right piston size. I have seen 60.5cc to 64cc. What is stock cc?

I read the http://www.syty.org/old/faq.html but it only mentions the 8.35:1 compression ratio.

Question 2: How much compression is ok without having to retune?

thanks in advance,

Markus

guess you shouldn't believe everything you read. The stock compression is 8.35:1 (+/-). The stock heads are right around 64cc but have seen them vary a small amount. If you have heads that are re done with larger valves, the cc's will be less. You should really have them checked. Unless you duplicate the stock motor 100%, you should have the tune checked at a minumum..............
