I have one of these Compass / outside temp guage for overhead console that I will not be using complete with the temp sender and bracket. Maybe someone could use this for the intercooler temp???

Wiring instructions




"If you install a new compass, use the following procedure in order to calibrate the compass:

Turn the ignition switch to the RUN position.
Depress and hold both the US/MET and the ON/OFF or the MODE buttons for approximately 10 seconds, or until the display reads CAL or C.
Drive the vehicle in a complete circle 3 consecutive times. The symbol turns off when the compass is calibrated. The compass will then function normally "

The yellow wire of the sensor goes to ground.. you can connect the power and dimmer lines from the stereo harness. The drac is tapped down near the cruise control module..

updated pictures! Now I even plugged it into 12v to show that it works!

The temp sensor mounts begind the front grille on the driver side.

I actually picked up another pair of these yesterday. I tested it as well but haven't taken pictures of it yet.

I guess It won't make a difference to the gauge
whether it will sit on a shelf in your garage or in mine for the
next couple of years ... ;-) My Ty has been sittin' for 3+ years now ...

Still have a few... I will be testing the ohm reading of the stock IAT sensor to the Outside temp to see if you can tap into the intake temp guage for a reading...

Yes I have three of them ready to go. Complete with temp sender and pigtails! All procedes go to the sy1084 post fire resurrection fund!
