I am looking at buying a Ty that has started showing this code. I am told it is a lean condition. Any thoughts on a likely source?

I've had a similar problem that I've been chasing. First check for vacuum leaks. I'm going to try bigger injectors, however it could be a bad fuel filter or fuel pump.

intakes also like to leak vac, but hoses and TB's are VERY common also
