code 21 and 45 wont start

this weekend i had the sy out it was running really good and i decide to pressure wash the engine bay, well i get that done and it has trouble starting, (got somthin wet that wasn't supposed to be) well i let it dry up and starts and runs fine, ran it maybe 40 miles take it to a friends house and it sits for maybe 2 hours. went to go home, has a very hard time getting started, get it running but cant let off the gas or it will shut off, drive it home and shut it off and try to start it agin and nothin. it shows code 21 and 45 and hasn't been able to start for the past 2 days, nothing unplugged on the tps, cant figure it out. anyone had this problem?? any help would be greatly appriciated. tried searching code 21 and 45 and nothin came up that would help
