I've ordered from Andrew for the past 3 years.. never had a problem until I placed an order in late september/early October... Early sept. is when all the mess started to occur..
Ordered end of July, early August.. Didnt receive until AFTER the nationals (mid-Sept)
Ordered a set of Adjure Diamonback's w/out city lights..
Not what I ordered, but IS what I received !
month passed never received anything...
Man I can relate to this NO PROBLEM
called phone # was disconnected... called my bank to get the transaction reversed...
Believe me, I TRIED for WEEKS, sometimes 2-3 times a week.. Was told same thing.. "They've been shipped" but oddly enough they could NEVER provide a tracking number... Because of the excellent reputation on the list and the BBS I decided to let it ride, MY MISTAKE, wont happen again with Sy/Ty vendors :sad:
Wondered what happened myself.. Spoke w/ Andrew a week later.. Was concerned.. and found out what happened.. Unfortunately as a small buisness owner you take losses when situations occur with postal carriers..

Thats correct, and unfortunately once I FINALLY received these headlights, I attempted to contact Autosyndicate and resolve the issue, but amazingly enough I was greeted with the same DISCONNECTED phone number that you mentioned earlier.
to take a shot at someone for not knowing the entire story is just plain wrong....

YOU didnt know the whole story either. But what the hell he's probably your bud so I can understand you wanting to stand up and defend his honor.
My issue was/is with parts I paid for well in advance and ultimately never correctly received. Its unfortunate that he had 'personnel' probs (different person answered phone every time I called).. Hell if it wasn't for Bdubb being down there from what I understand he wouldnt have had anyone to answer the phone.. Yes I received a product, was it the correct one, NO.. If it wasn't for Bdubb I prolly wouldnt have received one at all !
Oh and for what its worth, I worked for a credit card company for over 5 years, I'm quite well aware of the ability to contact them and dispute the charge.. I was merely trying to give them the benefit of the doubt.. If you've ever read your credit card disclosure terms you would be aware that you have 60 days since date of transaction to dispute a charge.. I am quite well aware of this.. And, had it come close to the 60days I would have filed a dispute.
