Changing shift pts. without affecting OD engagement

Can this be done? In the past I have raised the shift points with different springs on the governor, but this also raises OD engagement by the same amount of rpms. I'd like to keep OD coming in at 40-42mph and raise shift points to 5300. Anyone???

I dont think it can be done without affecting the part throttle 4th shift... not very easily.

1 of the gov springs could be changed instead of both and you could almost get there...but it gets dicy and takes a lot of time experimenting.
