There are 2 brackets holding the lens onto the housing... one on each side, each held in place by a single screw. Take those brackets off, then take off the lens (it might stick a bit to the rubber seal). Next, slide the reflector out far enough to access the back of the bulb. Unplug the wire coming from the bulb (there's a simple blade plug inside the housing) and unscrew the tiny screw holding the ground wire to the back of the bulb. Toss the old bulb, insert a brand new H3 bulb in place (DON'T TOUCH THE GLASS WITH YOUR FINGERS), and reverse the removal process.
Take your time and you'll be fine. Just try to avoid starting the job 5 minutes before it starts raining (voice of experience here).
