Blue tipped wrench, air hammer, die grinder, big ass drilling hammer and a punch. And a lot of blood, sweat and tears. Cussing helps some too. Took three people about 30 minutes to get mine off when I got my ATR exhaust. Took turns smashing the hell out of it with slege hammers once it was out.

you will need a hammer-die grinder-saftey glasses-and the coldest 6 pack of beer. cut the clamp off with a die grinder. then take the die grinder to the cat flange cut just the cat from front to back on the downpipe side. grab a hammer and go to town. after the cat comes off crack a cold one and enjoy.

Blue tipped wrench and a fire extinguisher (just in case)... problem solved.. Least thats what I had to resort to after using every hammer, air tool, chisel, cuss word, etc I had.

experienced 2, and had to cut a line down the cat where it slips over the dp in order to get it to let go.

bout a 2 inch slit, then seperate and yank and bang as necissary.
(waiting for someone to comment on that one)
