LOL,
half of the guys i see on the off ramps look young and moderately healthy. WTF, get a job, your not handicapped! Just lazy as shit. Tho there are some with mental problems, but i dont usually see those on the off ramps. the recession is hard on everyone, so heres mine:

I saw the same guy at the same corner a few weeks apart so I asked him one day, after giving him about $6 in change the day before, how he was able to be at the same spot day after day without getting hassled.
He said he had a permit from the county to "collect donations" and this was his "job".
Next time I saw him he smiled and waved so I flipped him off and ran the red light.
I hate bums...

I read a story awhile back were a guy sat out side a busy Mcdonalds and collected come to find out he made 125k a year :rant:

One of the guys from my dealership asked one down the street if he wanted to come clean cars at the dealership for $8/hr. He said he made more money begging.
I did see one guy dressed up in a suit and tie on the street corner in a wealthier business area of town with a briefcase handing out his resume.
