Bowtie or Pontiac's

OK guys i need help I have a pair of 23* bowties and a pair of Pontiac's. What should i use for my bowtie block build up? I have heard people say the Pontiac's flow better but that doesn't always mean more horse power. The short block build consists of a 3.75 billet crank, 4.100 JE pistons, Corilla rods. Thanks

I would use whichever one you can get the parts easiest for . Do you have the intake manifold that bolts up to each ? I would trust the opinion of your builder on a race engine like this .

I don't have the intake for either yet. Wanted to pick a combo before I bought an intake. i have not taking it to the machine shop yet since I just picked up my vortec headed motor last week. One thing I forgot to mention was the bowtie's have had extensive work done on them and the Pontiac's look like there virgin.
