Bowtie block

Does anyone know the differences in the bowtie blocks? I have found Gm 25534333 bowtie performance nodular iron engine block standard bore. But didn't know if there are pros or cons to the different blocks? Also are motor mount locations the same as the factory syclone blocks?
I am wanting to build this truck to have about 600-700 wheel hp.
