since i bought the truck
ive
change plugs
wires
cap
rotor
o2
tps
iac
compression check 160-161
timed 0
check top dead center
new exhaust
adjust waste gate (no more overboost )
new gaskets on intake ( and plinth)
check vacume- (bike tube and starter fluid) no leaks
fuel pressure 40 with vacume on and not started ( when shut off it builds to 44)
air filter
LITE KNOCK TILL IT WARMS UP
STILL RUNS LIKE SHI-T
ROUGH IDLE HICK UPS OUT OF EHAUST TILL 1500 RPM
103 MILES TO THE TANK
AND NOW BURNS OIL
QUART IN 1,000 MILES
40000 MILE TRUCK IS A PIECE OF JUNK
FEEL FREE TO STEEL IT KEYS ARE IN IT

Maybe its just the valve seals then...not too bad a job (and I think not too expensive if you have others do the work).

My ass. Look at it.
For real, I am experiencing some pretty frustrating problems too, plus I am a student and money is tight, but the best thing to do is just stay positive. If you have to, take it somewhere to have it looked at, shoot your in NY, lots of SyTyers in the northeast that I am sure can help. Im in BFE, NO ONE knows what this thing is and how to work on it. Take a break from it for a short while, and then start fresh- this almost always helps me figure stuff out.

if you hate it....sell it!

or just be patient and let it sit for a while.

Yeah yeah yeah.... your not telling us anything we haven't experienced for ourselves. Get a second job. Throw more cash it. :lol: But hey my 40K truck runs like a charm. :D

yeah
life really sucks when you have to slow down how fast your turbo brings on the power after the launch so you dont lose traction during the end of 60ft.
life with these trucks really bites. lol

theres valve adjustment? there not hydrolic?
in the pictures theres a screen over the inlet of the turbo
is that supose to be there?
