best turbo for stock internals

what is the best pte turbo for stock internals and what stall speed converter would be best for this setup

I've got a pt54 on rebuilt stock internals and a 2800 9/11. Of course my engine isn't bone stock,but its stock everything except the cam and pistons.

Depends what your goals are.

I'd have to say a 44 or 51, 2800 stall.
