Combating adversyty.
I bought an Autometer EGT gauge from fivetodrive and I think I lost a part of it so I emailed Autometer to ask for info on where to get a spare just in case. The kit was $40 + shipping but the guy on their service desk said he'd send me the part for free! He might even send it to the UK. I'll wait for it to show up but I'm really impressed.
I know this isn't the norm - this seems above and beyond but it makes such a difference. I hope I have the opportunity to buy their stuff again and they aren't bankrupt from giving away too much stuff. This kind of service is superb.
