ATR Pitbull chip

My friend had an extra ATR Pitbull chip that his old room mate gave to him after he sold his Sy, since his SY already has one he just gave it to me. It's model number sy137, is this a good chip? Would you guys reccommend using it?

Some people have had good luck with it, but it ran extremely lean on my truck.
