another vac line question!

ok...i have read the vac diagram, shows a line from the charcole canister to the throttle body. i can only find one spot on the bottom of tb for vac line but its capped off....is this supposed be capped or should i plug it in?

its been a while but i think the car canistor line goes into the bottom of the front of the upper intake.

charcoal cannister goes into bottom of throttle body, with a check valve.

Pretty good! The wife is 7 1/2 months prego, and I just got the truck back. My brothers has had it for about 2 1/2 years, now its mine again! Just got it running great about half an hour ago. Feels good to have it back!
