Another Ty in the UK - former Teal?

My GMC Typhoon is being sold as it is my intention was to restore it to mint condition. OK the car is mechanically pretty sound after purchasing I spent £2k on getting everything done to it as had been sitting for a while. After getting that done and an MOT it has been sitting doing nothing I have not got round to doing anything to it and the misses tells me I need to get rid of some of the cars this was at one point the fastest automatic in the world .

The car has no MOT but runs and drives fine I am told the front diff may need a rebuild over all car could do with tidying up I suspect it was originally a lime green Typhoon as some of it shows in the engine bay at some point it has been sprayed black. Over all it is fairly solid and all there just needs a bit of love to create an awesome car. As you may know these are getting rare now and shooting up in value.

I asked the seller and found the last 4 of the vin are 0911. Can anyone carfax that or find anything about it?

No idea - seller doesn't seem too interested to share details. Looks stupid low though. If it was a Teal, shame it got painted. I didn't like them until I saw and rode in AJ's - unforgettable colour. His was a special truck though. :tup:

Renz's spreadsheet from Compnine shows 0910 & 0912 being Teal but not 0911. 0911 is Black RPO according to Renz's Compnine data.
