Another corvette wheel question

I have a friend with a '98 vette (wagon wheels) that wants to upgrade. So I was going to get his old ones. Do most people do 17" front 18" rear. 17" all around or 18" all around? Obviously 17/18 is my best option as that is what I will have. As I understand 1" spacers in the rear and I'm good to go? Thanks mike. As a note I think wagon wheels look like crap on a vette but actually look nice on a typhoon.

As long as you get the tire height the same front to rear you will be fine.

All preference. I think stock are to small 18s to big "hurts performance unless u packing 500+ horse"
17 just right. I see alot of people putting 17x9.5 in the fronts and 17x11 in the rear. oewheels has a great price includes tires an all for under 900 bucks!

I can probably pick up all 4 wheels + tires for about $300-$400 + $50 for spacers. One of my stock typhoon fronts is bent and vibrates crazy at 60-70 mph. I have another set but are painted and would cost $400-600 to refinish soooooooo

Have you put the wheels on your Ty? I have some wagon wheels on my Sy currently and I think it looks like garbage

I had no interest in my wagon wheels, gave them away to Adam. I'm running later Corvette 17/18 with 255/45/17 and 295/35/18.

18's all around, no spacers in back. 275/40/18 all around. Fronts rub on sharp turns, I have considered going to 17's on the front, or may try to find a narrower tire. The rear does need a spacer to make it flush, but I only installed these for temporary use until I find something different.
