Re: Alky control - PAC (internal) settings
OK, left one is "turn on" IOW point in boost where voltage is sent to the pump. Right is "initial" the amount of voltage sent to the pump at "turn on." Turn on can be sort of measured by power braking, building boost and watching the LED. (I forget which one.)
Now the fun part, at least for me on my setup. Those 2 controls are extremely sensitive. I cannot over emphasize, at least on mine. I rigged up a pair of wires off the pump circuit to connect a volt meter. I fire the motor (so I'm running on alt voltage, not just the bat), connect the volt meter and push the test button on the dash, (rate) control. I'm currently running very close to 2 volts initial. You will have a tendency to flood the motor when you do this of course but it's the ONLY way I've found to adjust this very important control.
Of course I have no way to tell if yours is as sensitive as mine but I would recommend that you adjust these in very small increments. Again, hopefully with a voltmeter. Otherwise IMHO you're just shooting in the dark.
Do you have a wide band o2 sensor? Almost required for correct full throttle settings. Just my :2cents: on that as well.
