92 ty fit on 91 sy chassis

hey guys im pretty sure they are the same but does anyone know if a ty would fit onto a syclone frame?? help is appreciated

Two differant frames . Could be done with fabrication, but buy a blazer 4x4 frame instead . They are the same frame .

:stupid: Any 2-door, 4x4 Blazer or Jimmy frame will work. Not sure if it has to be a first-gen frame though.

Sy's have a longer wheel base than Ty's. Definately look around for the 2-door 4wd SUV frame.

tight... i found a syclone chassis for sale with rims for cheap so i figured id try. its a good enough deal where just the rims are worth the price. i wanted to sand it down and powdercoat the new frame and take my ty and swap frames. oh well.. THanks for the quick replys everybody

ebay... thats the one. he says its been sittin out for a long while and one rim is bent. If anything i figured it was a good deal for just the rims ya know. Thanks again the help.

eh...if you have room to store something like that in hopes of buying a totaled Sy that needs a frame or something, it could pan out to be a real good buy.
