650 HP Recipe

I am interested in any and all experience based recipes for achieving 650HP under the following conditions. Single Turbo, Stock Block and AWD. I am not a newbie and this is not an ignorant nor flip question. I know that there are a number of people out there who have been very busy innovating and I am interested in learning what has worked and what has not.

I posted this to the list and have already received several very insightful replies.
