It's like asking what is easier to drive.....a luxury car or an economy car? Both do essentially the same thing, but code59 has far more capability and flexibility. Tuning wise, you'd have to side with code59 as it has merged tables and "makes more sense", but it's still fuel, spark, retard, AE, DE, etc.... 59's greatest strengths are wideband integration, table simplicity, and community support, so if those are important to you, then it's hard to even entertain using code58.
It's not like code58 is DOS and code59 is Windows.....there's not quite that separation of usability and functionality. More like code58 is Windows XP and code59 is Windows 7. One is deprecated but still usable, the other is supported and more capable.
