You could use the one I did for the 40's over on the Code59 site... that way if you make mechanical changes in the future you can modify your tune.

Different 40# injectors brand also vary greatly. You could use WyoSyclone as a base, but pretty much you need ot do a custom chip for your truck for 40# Injectors.
