$30,000 + Typhoon?

[Daron]

Funny, this talk about low milage/high priced trucks. There is a 1400 mile Syclone for sale in Dayton Ohio for 28,000 dolalrs. It is in the local Muscle Car trader mag.

[Ty0279]

Told him that I doubt he'd get a bid without pics.

He's got a pic of it on ebay now.

[midnightbluS10]

That's the same pic that's been on there.

What do you mean the bumper is messed up?

[spooldup]

So, who won?

[dgoodhue]

So, who won?

Jimmy's 93 Ty 1754 or what whatever his syty.net handle is.

[Grizzle]

Congats Jimmy V.

How is everything going? Good so far?

[Ty0279]

So, who won?

Dunno, reserve wasn't met...

[--SyTy Jim--]

Hey Daron, yup, I won the auction, but the reserve wasn't met...I e-mailed the seller for the 4th time and still no type of response. I just want to talk to him to see what he's selling the Ty for...... oh well, may be will 're-list it'.

Merk, have you tried to contact the seller as well? We were the only 2 bidding on it, maybe you had better luck in contacting him than I did.

Anyway, I will keep you guys updated.

Jimmy

[Merk]

I was able to get hold of him...no problem

Never asked what the reserve was. My guess is that he's unsure what its worth and the reserve is what he paid for it. I would gather he's feeling the market.
________
Ship sale

[Grizzle]

So he doesnt have to sell it if he doesnt want too, due to the fact that the reserve was not met?

[Sy769]

correct

[Grizzle]

That sucks, I wonder what his reserve was set at? I bet it's pretty high because before he wanted $40,000.

I hope you can get it for the bid
