3 Bar Sensor #

Search didn't get it for me.

I have a spare MAP sensor that I think is a 3 Bar. The # on the back is
749-5340, off a TTA. Is that the right #, and if not, what is ?

TIA.

3 Bar MAP

3 Bar MAP

Thanx, Jimmy. The -749 on the end hopefully means that it is the 3 Bar.

While I was at it, I pulled the 2 Bar on my GN and looked behind it. It had the following # : 886-7195. All 3 that I looked at, including the stock Ty one, also had a "466" on them.

Just a heads up for anyone buying a new 3 bar map sensor at the dealer, The old part number of 16040749 has been superseeded and crosses over to new number now of 12223861.

Whats the advantage of 1 bar to a 3bar and do u have to do anything to the computer after adding the 3?
. A "bar" is 10 psi.You would need to upgrade to an "Ultimate" chip to run a 3 bar map.

I think you and me need to do a little more research here.

edit: I'm stupid
