2B or not 2B "SYCLONE" windshield banner...

[Syclone#2960]

When I 1st bought my sy the wife and I installed the "SYCLONE" windshield banner.
7 years later I'm thinking it's a little out of style and has that "Hey, watch out SYCLONE!" look to it.:lol:

Should I remove it?

I'm on the same see-saw. Never liked them but the new truck has one. I'll probably keep it for a while. But it does make the truck a bit louder (visually). I think this will work for car shows (where it will spend the most time), but a bit much for the street.

I love the banner and have replaced it both times the windshield was replaced. I think it ads to the "intimidation" factor.

Right on I order 4 for my trucks You kidding me Leave it on! they should have put it on the rear window for its time because that where most ppl are when u race them.

I'm diggin it. I've got it on mine....just don't get to drive it...lol. But I think it's a era thing. Just kind of belongs on the truck...

On the fence myself. I like it, but I hate attention by the boys in blue. If you don't drive like an ass, leave it. Otherwise, I would remove.

When I was looking to buy a Syclone. I told myself if I had dealer applied banner I would leave it on but if it didn't have the banner, I wouldn't add one. Mine didnt have the banner.

It's a personal choice thing IMO. My truck has no decals other than the GMC Truck decal on the tailgate. I always thought the decals didn't fit the rest of the styling. Everything they did for styling on the Sy IMO was very tasteful and the decals to me were a little gaudy. Again its just personal taste. And a bonus of no decals is that almost nobody knows what the truck is 20 yrs after it left the factory.

I did it thinking yeah I want my truck looking stock them I put zr1 replicas on it so I defeated the purpose. I like it though.

I think you should add to it, "EL SYCLONE" would be cool. A mural on the tailgate would be a cool addition also.
