I would like to thank everyone who came and especially those who lent a hand in doing my fuel system upgrade. Gary, Adam, Mrs. Harmon, Matt, Adam/TyHogg, Ian, Rob, Celso and a very special Thanks to Harmon and Darriel for getting me there.:tup: This was my second time at this "meet" but the first time I was able to really enjoy myself. I hope everyone made it home safe. I am already making plans for our next one.:)

Another great Miami meet. Thanks to all who lent their support, especially to Gary, our annual winter host. Congrats to the Harmon's for exemplifying the spirit of F.A.S.T., not only in terms of their ongoing success with the truck but also by making it a true family experience. Plus my truck made it there and back without the aid of a tow truck - Yeah!

Thanks to everyone who made this a great meet. Special thanks to Dan for helping me get set up, making food runs and Dunkin Donuts breakfasts, coolers and ice. Also did his best times ever in his Ty. Tally was 5 Sy's, 5 Ty's, 3 TR's, 1 TTA, 2 gbody Cutlass', 2 Blazers, 1 Bravada, 1 Xtreme, 1 S10, A3 2.0t DSG Quattro 400 hp, Turbo Cayman, ZX12R, and a bad-ass Scorpion 3 wheeler. 25 pounds of churrasco steak, rice and beans, maduras, lots of soft drinks, beers. Still a half case of beer left.

Harmon's truck is a beast. Even at low boost. Nothing broke, only hassle was a friends S550 with a dead battery. Fun that the biggest dollar car there was the only one with a problem. NO VIPERS. Track went smoothly. U-pick junkyard was fun and moderately successful. Meet seemed very calm, nothing had to be trailered, no car show meant no messy caravans. Nice leisurely wrenching, a lot got done. Thanks to Dave P (who drove in from Cali) and Keith for replacing my power seat assembly, supposedly a bolt in but anything but.

The streak of household disasters the last four years has been broken, looking forward to next years already. Next FAST meet Memorial day weekend, planning starting soon, tentatively St Pete area.

Ian, where's the link to the pics? I always look forward to them.

Thank you Danny fer bein my go to guy on Dunkin:tup: and attempting to make me pretty again LOL.

I now have "dropping a gas tank, replacing and installing a racetronix kit" under my belt, the syty women think i'm nuts but oh well :rotf: Thank you guys for letting me stick my nose in!

That mom on the yellow team was dumber than a box o' rocks!

Wear a helmet!

Driving home always takes less time than driving to Miami!

I so truly enjoy these meets, you guys are great!:tup:

Thanks to...

Gary - letting people into his temple of cars to hang out and sleep in any available floor space.

Danny - Premier food runner and let me beat up on his Ty at the track, then trusting me to work on it.

Mandi - girls can wrench...sometimes better than the guys.....and bringing me a bag full of checkers fries

Harmon - now knowing what 10 seconds feels like, I am ruined for life to get into anything slower

Ian - my personal chauffer since Im truckless at the moment.

DaveP - most dedicated SyTy'er to purposely drive from Cali to FL to make the meet...plus, there isnt a time I can remember where I dont learn something new from Dave.

and everyone else who made the weekend a blast. Miami is by far always my favorite meet of the year.

The JunkYard was fun and learned about a car I never heard about before. The Awesome 3 cylinder Pontiac FireFly..

Damn...so sorry I couldn't make it. I woke up feeling like crap on friday, and thought death was knocking at my door by saturday. Slept most of the weekend, but staring to feel a little better today.

Gary- thanks for hosting, had a blast. It nice talking cars with someone that knows something else other than syty's (not that they aren't great and all). Miami is a badass town, food was awesome. I have this thing for Latin chicks now, lol.

PS my trip to the junk yard was only 50% sucessful, the front calipers where only single piston, i need a set off a gen5 to get the twins.

Danny thanks for letting me crash at your place, you are one seriously funny ****ing dude. love hanging out with ya, but damn you are hard to follow when your driving.

I finally got to meet the mystical Dave P, and all the other FAST memebers, it was a great time. Can't wait to do it again!

Looks like a fun event again.. I sure enjoyed it last year.. the food and everyone was too much fun.

The last time I took a ride in your truck (Trooper) it was on Maby 5cyl.. or less.

I'm guessing you got it patched up and running good :)

I see the TTA came again and a buick... but WTF is that three wheeled thing? Wild to say the least..
