Hello I have a 08 Silverado regular cab 4x2 short bed v6 automatic. I checked with everyone I could find for a reprogram of the computer or a handheld tuner but I have come up empty I am told my motor has electronic throttle and no distributor and no one makes any reprogrammers for the motor. Could you guys help me out? :tup:

EFI Live nor HPTuners currently supports the 08 V6. But give it some time, I'm sure they will. Have you contacted any of them about it? I suggest joining one of thier forums and seeing where they're at with it. It took them a little while to support the Gen IV V8's becaue of the new PCM configuration. I'm sure the distributorless 4.3 has a new OS as well.
