i have limiters, but they are still in the box that ups delivered them in :roll: ,

they keep the front suspension from being able to extend as far as normal, does effect weight transfer yes

Thats what im figuring, but with no proof its hard to say for sure, i am happy with the 11.90 but 11.7's makes me happier :lol:

Using some of my Drag racing run completer software and your incremental times it says a 11.697 @ 113.7.:tup:

Nice runs! Too bad the truck doesn't run as good as it looks.:rotf: Of course you would have to out run Robert's Sy to do that.

i dont think it will run that well while i own it, but i guess well see, when i do build a new motor i'll be shooting for a low 10 high 9's Sy, but till the stock one gives up on me im going to run it. i really wish my 1/4 time would have been posted on that run but oh well.

That's great Rich, I'm happy you were able to hit your goal of 11's. I can't wait for my next ride...Homecoming? I bet once you get a handle on the wheel spin you'll knock a few tenths off..I see 11.7's in your future. Add in the limiters as mentioned above and I think you be really happy with the set up. I'll be attempting to duplicate this set up and times once the Ty is retired from DD duties. Are you putting it up for the winter now that you reached 11's?

That, and some lighter rims/stickier tires would help. I know folks like the look of 17s and all, but they're dang heavy with the tires in place.

Welds and 28" Mickey DRs would result in a much better stick. It should do 1.5x pretty consistent on a good hard launch.

I'm confused.. lol. Do you have the stock a-arms or tube's? If you have stockers, what did you order when you can make them yourself for all of like $5..

stockers, i got them from summit, some things i would rather pay a little more for and have in my hand when i want them rather than going out and gathering parts. But yes i know i could make them cheaper.
