ball park figure.. how much am i looking at to get new rings installed on a stock engine?? compression is down in 2 cylinders, needs new rings.. what am i looking at? cant do it myself.. (dont have all the tools)

question for all of you.. is the best way to eliminate the, "oh so popular", knock problem to install vortec L35 heads? will this cure the problem? or are there easier substitutes? i would like to know the best way. dont care about price. just looking for a cure.

ok so im at south coast plaza mall in costa mesa CA. Near macy's... i see what looks like a typhoon from behind.. some one had taken red spray paint.. and a stencil and wrote " Cyclone" on a white lowered 2 door " chevy" blazer.... k.. what the F*&% ...i walked around the truck in amazement...
