My datamaster files.....

Can someone look at these for me and provide some insight as to what i am looking at, and how do i send them?

Re: My datamaster files.....

1st Run
Uhm well when you are idling you are running real lean
When you acceleratate it seems to richen up real good.
You have a connection error or smoothing. It says your speed is 243 and injector DC is 1741. That Im not sure what happened there.
You are not making much for boost at 50% throttle.
I think your file labeled as first run is not even telling you the right thing. Something is wrong with communication or your ECU. Never seen anything like that before.

2nd Run
Looks a lot better. You are not getting that Data Error any more.
Your not mashing the gas pedal because you are only at 34% throttle.
under acceleration it looks pretty good. You are baby'n the crap out of it. Go wide open but watch and make sure your "Spark Retard" does not get above 3 deg. If it does get out of the gas.
Intake temps seem hot for the mild run you did. Check out your intercooler pump and fluid.

Re: My datamaster files.....

The truck was idling for almost 15 minutes in my garage while i was setting things up so i am guessing that's the reason for the high intake temps because my pump works fine and its hot wired. I didn't floor it because i am unsure of knock (detonation) and i didn't know how to read the knock count. On my next scan should i floor it from a roll or launch it? Does everything look ok to do so?

Yeah I think it looks ok. I would not start out with a boost launch. Just slowly ease it into max boost and see if it pulls any timing. Just watch your spark retard count. You want it to be at 0 if all possible. Anything over 3 degrees of timing get out of the gas right away.

What are you trying to do. Post the file on here? It tells me more when you just send me the whole file.

I would like to do both so others can have a look, but i can't figure out how to do so.

files have to be kept on a separate server somewhere, and linked to from the post... I sure wish we could post zipped files, but maybe there's a concern about viruses, etc.

Im not really sure how either. I think they just capture the image and then post it on here like a jpeg.

You have mail ......again......

Re: My datamaster files.....

Run 3 looks real good.
You are very lean in the frist pull but you have no KR so I guess thats ok.
You aRe not runing a stock turbo because I see you hit 26 psi. You must have alky or bigger injectors to hit that.

Run 4th run you are getting dangerous. Im not sure what you changed. It could be heat soak. Intake temps are high. You have more than 4 degrees of timing your engine is pulling. Whatever you changed you need to run more fuel around 9 pounds of boost.

What is your setup by the way? You shoudl try alky injection. I can get intake temps into the 80's under boost.

Get rid of that data error all ready :)

Is this some sort of a joke? Running all that boost someone down the line knows what they are doing.

Re: My datamaster files.....

Mods my my truck are, #33 injectors, 3'' ATR exhaust, turbo to ic hardpipe, hotwired ic pump, 160 t stat, rubber ic lines, adj fuel reg, autometer boost gauge ( that never went past 9psi the entire run but the stock one was pegged) and a tb air foil. That's all i know of, i know my turbo is stock because i just replaced it  . I spoke to a previous owner and he claims to have ran 13.9 with that combo plus a pit bull chip. Where did you see 26psi? The highest i can see on my runs is 17.9. Are you looking at test #3 and test #4? How do i clear the "data error"?

Re: My datamaster files.....

ok yeah I only see 16.9 pounds now. I had to switch my datamaster software to the stock OEM map sensor. If your not runing a 3 bar map how are you getting 17 pounds of boost?
