Does a 1/2" NPT oil drain flange exist for a stock turbo? I'm going to run -12 AN for my drain, but I cannot find the 1/2" NPT oil drain flange yet. Am I going to have to go to 3/8" NPT, run a -10 AN fitting and just go -12 AN for the rest of the line and into the pan?

What do I need to look for when buying an oil drain flange? Stock Syclone turbo, but need it to be 1/2" NPT connector. I see all sorts of TD06 and T3 flanges, but they seem to be varying in distance between the bolts, so I'm not sure which I'm suppose to get. I wish I had a metric ruler... :roll:

Let me try to give details w/o being boring... I'm putting a SyTy turbo setup on my S10. -4 AN oil feed line and -8 AN oil drain line. Initial start-up, oil leaking (intake and exhaust). Maybe -4 AN is too much of a feed line? Installed a 0.073" nitrous jet as a restriction. Start-up again...

From the factory was there a gasket between the turbo and downpipe? If so, where can I order a few of them? If not, what's a good material to use to construct some gaskets? I need a few for just a bit more spacing.

Which direction does the stock crossover pipe mount? There's a bolt in the front, does it point down or up? In my test mock-ups so far it seems like it could go either way? I notice one side of the crossover is longer than the other, maybe that gives me an indication of which way it should be...

Did the SyTys come with a factory turbo heat shield of any kind? If not, does anyone have suggestions for an aftermarket one? I'm getting close to putting the turbo in my S10 and I'm interested in a heat shield -- assuming they're worth using?
