Looking for a rocker panel on the driver's side for my syclone. Mine was damaged and I took it to a guy to fix and it is now "misplaced"
Hope someone can help me out.
Thanks,
Jayvin
Re: Getting the truck to run good stock
I am still trying to work out some kinks in the truck, but I just discovered my intercooler was not flowing. I tried to get the thing the pump working and I hooked up a t in the plumbing. I also think my cap is not sealing completely. I am going to bend...
Re: Getting the truck to run good stock
I have a stock chip and a brand new motor in the truck. The balancer is new and so is the timing assembly. I wanted to verify the mechanical timing was at 0 because my friend who built the motor could not remember if he had it set advanced or not. I...
Re: Getting the truck to run good stock
Mechanical timing and TDC has been verified. Now I have to get my oil pan bolted back up :rotf: When I looked up the steps for removing the timing cover I didn't read the step that said remove oil pan and now I understand why these trucks can be a PITA...
Re: Getting the truck to run good stock
None. When my syclone broke last year I drove the ford ranger I have down here with one of my dirt bikes with the expectation of using the ferry system to access some places to go. Unfortunately, work has stopped any fun I could have had because I have...
Re: Getting the truck to run good stock
I hooked up the alky control kit. Had the kit turn on instantly at boost and this is what i came up with for runs. I ran this on controller settings between 2 and 5. I think I was suffering spark blow out because the more alky I ran the more my rpms would...
Re: Getting the truck to run good stock
I tried changing that before and when I do it moves from an oem 2bar range and then reads everything in 3bar. I have the oem map sensor in right now with the stock chip. I don't think there is a way to change vacuum kpg to anything but hg or kpa on my...
Re: Getting the truck to run good stock
Settings in data master only let me have boost, target boost, a/c high side, and line pressure in psi and engine vacuum, map, and barometric pressure are in kpa or hg.
Re: Getting the truck to run good stock
I misunderstood what you wrote. I will verify TDC on the harmonic balancer.
I am going to plug that in this morning so I can try that.
How did you calculate the vacuum? Did you use Vacuum KPg? What is the conversion for that to psi?
I have a...
