A couple things... It probably is slow. Rarely will you buy a stock-ish Ty and have it run stock numbers (14.1) without giving it some TLC. They require attention to stay in tune and usually the previous owners (no matter how knowledgeable) will let the tune slip before getting rid of the...

Xylene is 117 octane. A gallon and a half under a full tank of 90 will give you a little over 92.

You'd think so but 1/2 way up is roughly 221F and pushing the envelope for safe coolant temps.

My stock rims are smoked. My truck was a salvage at one time and the wheels are off of wrecked trucks. A Hunter GSP 9700 balancer couldn't come to a decent balance solution for three of the four rims so I get a nice vibe that starts up at 61mph and gets pretty bad by 75. I think the stock rims...

This may be my less than realistic side talking but don't buy it to part out...make it nice again. I used to have a black on black 92 from 162k-196k. It wasn't THAT bad. It had alot of rattles and the suspension was really loose but it went 13.96 after I went thru and did the basic reliabilty...

I'm looking for a new converter. It's really hot here and I don't plan to upgrade my turbo so I'm sticking with the stocker. GM Parts Direct shows part # 8691915...is that correct? It shows its a re-manufactured unit. Anyone have a brand new one laying around?
