Thank gawd!!! I noticed this last summer before I found this board. I had forgot to ask everyone what the deal was until you mentioned it. I have 2 sets of good factory rims and all 8 faced the same way. I knew it wasn't my bad luck or mere coincidence. Thanks guys.
