Re: New member in Fayetteville, NC Will a regular 4.3 Vortec block work? We have a regular 4.3 Vortec engine right now. I know the intake manifold requires modification to work. I think he just wants to build a bullet proof engine that will last forever. Maybe with a little extra performance...
