Looks to be from the "Zimmer" kit as found in this thread:

And by the pics, you need to get it off ASAP before that rust eats a huge hole in that panel if theres not one there already under the wing. That is one of the hot spots for rust due to how the windows hold water.

This is how I got the TY a few months ago. I only have 4 days drive time one it. I only know the past 4 years of history of this truck that is all. I do wish that it still was the red and black, but for the price that I have paid I couldent complain about anything
