I wouldnt say that is not a brand new motor. Looks rebuilt to me. The reason is look at the last picture bottom right. Looks like there was some gaskets removed. And look at the exhaust manifold holes. They dont look new to me. The motor was used even if minor or the motor sat in a place that wasnt the best place. Outside covered is not always good.
