fuel injection harness

So, if I wanted to swap a NA 4.3 from CMPI to multi-port injection, using a SyTy ecm, can I just swap out the injector harness or am I going to have to change the whole harness?

that engine is the one I have and adapted to the '7749 ecm and turbo charged it
The red and blue ecm plugs from the code W (CPI) do not match up with the
7749 turbo ecm. Most of the sensors are compatable and the color codes are
somewhat close (lol its GM remember).
also standard injectors do not fit the holes.. the holes are too big (this could be fixed of course)

Figured out how to do all the hardware stuff. So, to do the wiring you need to swap the ecm plugs and repin the whole shebang?
