What is your projected date when you get to enjoy all this ? Looking real good so far .
Thats awesome. What will your cooling system capacity be when its done? Are you using an electric pump or engine driven pump? It certainly should be able to keep things cool. Looks great I really like this truck and as soon as I hit the lottery im buying that pikes peak truck!
i'm really liking your designs. is there any chance of seeing more details on that rear bumper cover support, looks like it would be super light.
Looks awesome Adam......I would also think the long runs of aluminum tubing would act like an additional heat sink !:dunno:
Damn that is sweet. Beautiful work. Your radiator should be more than enough, i have done a few rear mount rad's and they always do well. we run an electric inline and a high flow belt driven stock location. No short of fluid movement there.
I forgot to add......at the right angle 'V' at the very bottom of the aluminum, are you going to mill some nice slotted holes for debris and water run out ??:squint: Just in case its all pretty water tight when fastened together later.
I don't think you'd lose any worthwhile air flow via the water slots.
Probably not. We won't race in the rain and if water should get blown through the radiator unless I drive in a monsoon!
