Yet another FMIC thread... Lol

Here's some pic's of a FMIC setup I'm finishing for a customer. I'll have the final pic's up today.
Here's the progress anyway.. all that's left is installing the pipes after I paint them this morning.
Other things on this truck,ABS delete,EGRdelete,3bar,Cod59 Batt. relocate.
Hope this helps someone.

Pipe comes off turbo at 2.25" then across radiator support ramps up to 2.5" and then 3"
right into the drivers side of IC
Then from the pass. side it stays 3" all the way to the throttlebody.
(Pictures to come)

Looks like you might have a leak, I suspect that a clamp is loose.

That looks good. I like the FMICs a lot more than a few others out there.

Question, could an A2A cooler fed hot air from inside the engine bay be able to cool air better than a simple CAI pulling air from outside the engine compartment? Seems like even better temps would be achieved if you could suck air from outside the engine bay. Cold/Cold > Hot/Cold. :2cents:

It's similar to my wife's old setup... but different IC core. Pipes are routed like hers was since I know it works very well.

I just got done driving and tuning it. The Cat.Converter was half melted.. found that out after gutting it.
That didn't make boost very well.

Man is it fun to drive... god I miss driving the wife's Ty.

Her's is totally different than this now...nothing similar!

Nothing like 70degree inlet temps... 18lbs of boost and no knock! :)
